Note: there is a bit of a date issue: Jade 1 doesn't give an actual date for Jade starting her journey; it's been on the Wiki as August 30 for a long time, but Jade 2 works it out as the 31st.
Jade presumably spends the night of the 31st in Chicago and the night of the 1st in Pittsburgh. She spends the night of the 2nd in New York.[2]
