Fallen Angel is a short story by E. E. Nalley in the World of Whateley Academy Series. Its central character is Sheila Gail as she discovers she is a mutant and assumes the identity of Philonoe. She is in a relationship, of sorts, with Atlanta Police Department Captain Tony Thompson who is the Liaison to the Atlanta Guardians.
