Hal Beckwith is the Stationmaster at the Dunwich train station.
He gets Tennyo her luggage after it is delayed. At the same occasion, he is intimidated by the Kenner Twins and Icer to put Harry Wolfe's luggage back on the train, then told by Tennyo to bring it back to him.[1]
He is one of the people that helps prevent the access of banned items by the students, reporting questionable items to the administration, like when Charge has two bottles of her father's cognac sent to her.[2]
