James and Bradley Kenner are the twin sons of Magdalena Maracksen-Kenner and the late Malcolm Bradley James Kenner. Their mother is presumably the owner of the disreputable Europe-based Kenner Publishing Group.[1] They go everywhere together, do everything together. They are members of the Class of 2009.
Recruited into the Alpha Hit Squads by Freya, they partnered with Icer, becoming active in that manner their Freshman year. Their actions against Elaine Nalley and Joanne Gunnarson on Tansy Walcutt's behalf proved the final straw at the beginning of Wyatt Cody's reforms, resulting in their ouster from the Alphas.
Upon expulsion from the Alphas, they joined The Don's Faction.[2]
On 2007-09-13, both of the Kenner twins were brought on murder attempt charges and expelled.[3]

James, who uses the codename Hamper, is an Exemplar-2 and an Energizer-3, the latter being realized as a psychic confusion or masking effect. Not only does this confuse the target individual, it also has a more general effect of keeping others from noticing anything; this includes those viewing through surveillance cameras.[4]
Bradley[]

Bradley, who uses the codename Damper, is an Exemplar-2 and an Energizer-3, the latter being realized as a power neutralization effect.[4] A major limitation in his powers is that he has trouble with extra dimensional power sources, like Avatars and mages[5] -- or Tennyo.[6]
Bradley also plays GEO on the side of Evil as Shadow Killer. He is on the same server, Tertius, as Whisper and Fey. Both Shadow Killer and Whisper are given the quest to kill Seramis. Whisper instead fights Shadow Killer.
