Red Thunder is one of Cincinnati's superheroes and a member of SPECTRUM. As part of Stacy Conrad's homeschooling he teaches her First Aid and reacting properly in disaster situations.
He bonded with a Power gem and apparently is a blaster (blaster-monster, whatever that is supposed to mean?)[1]
He's "got this rather… strained… ‘Batman/ Catwoman’ relationship going with a supervillainess called ‘Black Sapphire’. She’s interested, but no one’s really sure whether she’s hot for his power stone or his bod."[1]
